Two mates from the same estate, the same terraces and an idea to do something their own way. First came four T-shirts and our own brand. Today we have our own workshop – with a cutting room, sewing room and machinery.
They grew up in the same block of flats and played football in the same yard from childhood. Later they swapped the pitch for the terraces and became active in the supporters’ movement.
They knew that world from the inside – they knew what they themselves wanted from clothing and what was missing on the market. In the end, instead of searching, they decided to make something their own way.

The start really was modest. After the first T-shirts came more designs, sweatshirts, patriotic clothing and sportswear. The collection was sold in shops in Łódź, and some designs, like Smoke Bomb, fans still remember today.
Phone cases also became very popular – including ones with designs already known from our T-shirts. They gave us something else too: our first experience of producing for a specific phone model and a specific need. Every new phone meant a new design.
In 2016 the first orders came in for clothing with clients’ own colours, crests and slogans. A third partner joined the business, and it gradually began to change direction.
At first, subcontractors did our sewing. As orders grew, we began investing in our own machines, then came our first employees, a cutting room and ever larger premises. In the end there were so many orders that there was no time left for our own collection.
Radical Fans was turning from a clothing brand into a workshop.
The pandemic stopped orders, while the business and the team still had costs. We had to find something quickly that would let us survive.
That is how face masks with any design came about, lined with medical non-woven fabric. They let us keep production and the team going through the hardest period.
We started with small supporters’ groups. Today we make clothing for the official shops of Ekstraklasa clubs and for clubs abroad playing in European competitions.
Along the way came our own cutting room, sewing room and extensive machinery. We moved premises, grew the team and kept adding production capabilities.
We are still looking for new cuts, fabrics and ways of decorating. Whether the order comes from a small group, a club shop or a client abroad, one thing matters – that the finished piece looks exactly as it was imagined.
