How we decorate it

Garment decoration from screen printing and embroidery to patches and details sewn in during production. We match the technique to the fabric, quantity and design. You do not need to name it in your enquiry – just show us the effect you want.

Screen printing

Ink is applied directly to the fabric through prepared screens, a separate one for each colour. Screen printing gives a durable, saturated print and is especially cost-effective for larger runs. Before production we check the thickness of lines and small text. If needed, we simplify fine elements so the print stays legible.

Discharge
The ink removes the dye from the fabric and replaces it with a new colour. The print stays soft and can hardly be felt.
Plastisol
Gives strong coverage, including on dark fabric. It creates a durable layer you can feel, with intense colour.
Water-based inks
They soak into the fabric and give a soft, matt finish – as with discharge, the print can hardly be felt.
Metallic inks
They contain fine particles that reflect light. They work well as an accent on lettering, crests and selected parts of the design.
High-density print
Creates a raised layer on a selected element of the design. We use it selectively, for example on lettering or an outline.

Heat transfer printing

The design is made on film and then heat-pressed into the fabric. This group includes full-colour DTF print and cut vinyl: flex and brick. They need no screens, so they work well for smaller runs and designs with many colours. With large, solid designs the print layer can reduce the breathability of the fabric.

DTF print
Reproduces many colours, gradients and fine details straight from the prepared file.
Flex vinyl
A thin, single-colour vinyl with a clean edge. Works best for names, numbers and simple marks.
Brick vinyl
A thicker, matt vinyl with a clearly raised effect. Works well for short lettering and simple shapes.

Machine embroidery

The design is made of thread, so it gives a crisp, slightly raised effect and excellent durability. Embroidery works best for logos, lettering and simple marks. We match the stitch density, underlay and backing to the fabric so the embroidery stays legible and does not distort the garment. Fine elements may need simplifying.

Flat embroidery
A versatile option in which the thread lies close to the surface. Works well for logos, lettering and smaller designs.
3D puff embroidery
Underlay lifts the thread and creates a clear raised effect. Looks best with bold letters and simple outlines.
Embroidered appliqué
A piece cut from fabric, e.g. kodura, is attached to the garment and finished with embroidery along the edge. It allows large, striking designs and patches, combining the texture of the fabric with the durability of embroidery.

Sublimation printing

The dye penetrates the fibres of polyester fabric, so the print cannot be felt and does not stiffen the garment. It reproduces full-colour designs, gradients and fine patterns. We print the fabric before cutting, so the design can cover the whole surface of each panel of the garment.

We use sublimation only on suitable polyester fabrics. It is not suitable for cotton or for ready-made garments in dark colours.

Patches & trims

We can add woven patches, rubber patches, faux leather patches and custom labels to the design. They are made separately and then sewn onto the garment or sewn in during production. They can be the main mark or complement a print or embroidery. We match the type, size and method of attachment to the product and where it goes.

Woven patches
The design is woven into the fabric, which gives a matt, textile look and reproduces fine details.
Rubber patches
A soft, raised element with clean edges and saturated colours. Works well as a striking accent on clothing and accessories.
Faux leather patches
An embossed or printed patch with a simple, bold character. Most often used on caps, sweatshirts and accessories.
Custom labels
A label with the brand or group name, placed at the back of the neck, in the side seam or near the hem.

Sewn details

Side stripes, contrasting ribbing and neck tape are tailoring work. The colour and mark are sewn onto the garment, not applied with ink or vinyl. The options depend on the style and fabric, so we agree them before cutting.

Side stripes
A tape sewn along the sleeve or leg, and on some styles set into the seam. Plain or with a repeating pattern, it can carry colour or a mark along the whole length of the garment.
Multicoloured ribbing
Ribbing made in stripes or chosen colours. It can appear at the neckline, sleeves and hem, depending on the style.
Neck tape
Tape covering the neck seam on the inside, optionally with your own pattern or lettering. It personalises the garment and gives it a neat finish.
