This website has one purpose: to make it easy to ask us about custom clothing. There are no accounts, no basket and no newsletter. We only receive your data when you give it to us – in the enquiry form, by email or by phone. Below we describe what happens to it, and also what happens when you simply browse the site.
Last updated: 8 October 2026 · version 1.0
The website is run by R-FABRIC s.c. (a civil-law partnership), al. marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 143, 92-236 Łódź, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 7282882284. A civil-law partnership is not a separate legal entity, so the controllers of your data are the partners who form it:
For all matters concerning personal data, email [email protected] or call +48 516 705 355 or +48 570 440 202.
What data. In the form you give a phone number or email address (the only field without which we cannot reply) and, if you wish, your name, company or group name, product, quantity, project description and artwork files. Together with the enquiry we receive the date it was sent and the address of the page it was sent from. When you email or call us, we have whatever you tell us, plus your email address or phone number.
Why. To reply, ask about details, prepare a quote and – if we reach an agreement – fulfil the order. We do not send anything you have not asked for to your email address or phone number.
How it works technically. The form does not store the enquiry on the website. It turns it into an email and sends it to our inbox [email protected] – the same one you can also write to directly. Sending is handled by the Resend service, which keeps a copy of the sent message for 30 days and then deletes it.
To stop the form being used to send spam, we count how many enquiries come from a single connection within an hour. For this we store not your IP address but an irreversible hash of it, and the counter itself disappears automatically after an hour.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (reply and quote) and performance of the contract if you place an order. Protecting the form against spam – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
Providing data: voluntary, but without a phone number or email address we will not be able to reply to you.
Retention period:
The website is hosted on servers run by Cloudflare, Inc. To show you any web page, the server has to receive basic connection information from your browser: your IP address, browser and operating system type, the address of the requested page and the time of the request. This is how every website works.
This data is used only to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse. We do not build profiles from it or combine it with other data. Our hosting plan does not give us access to records of individual visits – we only see aggregate figures.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.
Retention period: the data is processed on an ad hoc basis, for handling the connection and security.
This website does not store any cookies on your device or any similar data. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not have a Facebook pixel or any other advertising tool. Fonts are loaded from our own server together with the rest of the site, not from Google Fonts.
We do, however, check how the website is used: which pages are visited, what you click on (e.g. the phone number) and how many enquiries were sent. Without this we would not know what people are looking for on this site. For this we use the Umami Cloud service, run by Umami Software, Inc. We chose it because it measures traffic without tracking individuals:
Only information about the visit itself is collected: the page visited, the click, the address of the page you came from, the device type, the browser and the country. Nothing from the content of the form goes to Umami.
The measurement works through a small script loaded from Umami’s servers. It is the only element of this website loaded from outside our server and, like any server on the internet, Umami receives the IP address of your connection in the process. In the dashboard we have access to, IP addresses are not visible – we only see aggregate data.
We do not ask for your consent to cookies, and not by oversight: consent is required when a website stores information on your device or accesses information already stored there. This website does neither.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it.
We do not pass data to anyone who would use it for their own purposes. We use a few services that process it only on our behalf:
All of these companies are based in the United States or belong to groups that are, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). This takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, for companies that participate in it, also the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The website also has ordinary links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. A link on its own does not pass your data to anyone. If you click it, you go to another company’s service, which operates under its own rules. The same applies when you write to us via Messenger or Instagram.
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest – for example, if you do not want us to keep your enquiry for 2 years, write to us and we will delete it sooner.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] or call +48 516 705 355. We reply within one month of receiving the request.
A fair caveat: the data that arises from simply browsing the website does not allow us to establish who you are. If your request concerns only visits, we may not be able to link it to a specific person – if so, we will ask you for information that makes this possible, or tell you that this cannot be done.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
If we change how the website or the form works, we will update this policy and the date and version number given at its start.
Show us your design or describe the effect you want. We will match the solution to the fabric, quantity and product, and then prepare a quote.
