Custom sportswear, not a ready-made shirt from a catalogue. We sew kit for your specific project: the design is applied by sublimation across the whole surface, and the crest can be embroidered or sewn on as a patch.
We sew from polyester, which is light, dries quickly and takes print across the whole surface – just as well on a shirt for the stands as on combat sports kit.
A short-sleeve shirt made like a match replica: stripes, pinstripes and personalisation (e.g. number and name). We sew it from two types of polyester – Standard or breathable Coolmax.
A fitted top for combat sports and the gym, with long or short sleeves. The stretch fabric hugs the body, and the design can cover the back, sleeves and front without a break.
Combat sports shorts with a wide waistband and leg splits that do not restrict movement. The waistband is a good place for the club name or founding year, and the legs for the crest.
Some decoration is applied to the finished garment, some goes into it during sewing. We match it to the fabric, quantity and design – looking at appearance, durability and how the decoration behaves in use.
Ink is applied through prepared screens, a separate one for each colour. Screen printing gives a durable, saturated print and is especially cost-effective for larger runs.
SEE EXAMPLES →The design is made on film and then heat-pressed into the fabric. This group covers DTF and cut flex and brick vinyl – a good choice for smaller runs and designs with more colours.

SEE EXAMPLES →Side stripes, ribbing and neck tape are tailoring work, not printing. Ribbing and neck tape are made during sewing, while side stripes are usually sewn on along the sleeves and legs, less often set into a seam. The options depend on the style and fabric.
