A long-sleeve T-shirt sewn from the same cotton knit as our T-shirts. The sleeves give extra space for decoration – lettering, a crest or a patch along the arm. The body and sleeves can be different colours.
Some decoration is applied to the finished garment, some goes into it during sewing. We match it to the fabric, quantity and design – looking at appearance, durability and how the decoration behaves in use.
Ink is applied through prepared screens, a separate one for each colour. Screen printing gives a durable, saturated print and is especially cost-effective for larger runs.
