CLASSIC
Two layers of knit and a wide fold-up cuff. The most versatile style in the range – a mark looks just as good on it in embroidery as in a patch.

Custom beanies, not a ready-made hat from a catalogue. We choose the stitch and yarn, set the colours and add your mark – and make the whole run for a single order.
The styles differ in stitch, fabric thickness and depth of cut. Each can be made with or without a bobble – that is a finishing option, not a separate style.

A classic beanie with a turned-up cuff, made from stretch knit. The simple shape works well every day and gives plenty of room to personalise it with a patch or embroidery.
A wide-rib stitch, visible across the whole surface. The knit has plenty of give, so the hat fits the head and returns to shape when taken off.
A dense, tight stitch with a fine texture. The surface is even and calm, so it takes large patches and emblems well.
The chunkiest rib in the range – the ridges of the knit are visible from a distance. A style for the coldest days, with a pronounced, deep texture.
Moss stitch gives a fine, grainy texture across the whole surface. The cut is shallower than in the other styles, so the hat sits higher above the ears.
A warm trapper hat with distinctive ear flaps and braided ties. Because of its construction, the mark is best placed at the front, on the forehead.
Fine knit from soft yarn – light and flat, it does not add bulk under a hood or helmet. A style for being on the move, not for standing still.
The same soft yarn in a double-layer version. Warmer than the fine one, yet still without the stiffness of a chunky rib.
Made the same way as the adult styles, just in a smaller size. We match the colours and mark exactly, so the kids’ and adults’ hats come from the same run.
The fine rib draws the knit in, so this hat fits more snugly than the others. The finish is quieter – a style for someone who does not want their hat to shout.
The only style that is not knitted but sewn from polyester. The print covers the whole surface, so the design runs across the hat without a break and with no limit on the number of colours.
Some decoration is applied to the finished garment, some goes into it during sewing. We match it to the fabric, quantity and design – looking at appearance, durability and how the decoration behaves in use.
Ink is applied through prepared screens, a separate one for each colour. Screen printing gives a durable, saturated print and is especially cost-effective for larger runs.
SEE EXAMPLES →The design is made on film and then heat-pressed into the fabric. This group covers DTF and cut flex and brick vinyl – a good choice for smaller runs and designs with more colours.
SEE EXAMPLES →The design is made of thread, so it gives a crisp, slightly raised effect. Embroidery works best for logos, lettering and simple marks.
SEE EXAMPLES →The dye penetrates the fibres of the fabric, so the print cannot be felt. Sublimation reproduces full-colour designs and can cover entire panels of the garment.
SEE EXAMPLES →We can add woven patches, rubber patches, faux leather patches and custom labels to the design. They can be the main mark or complement a print or embroidery.
SEE EXAMPLES →Side stripes, ribbing and neck tape are tailoring work, not printing. Ribbing and neck tape are made during sewing, while side stripes are usually sewn on along the sleeves and legs, less often set into a seam. The options depend on the style and fabric.
SEE EXAMPLES →Hats made for clubs, supporters’ groups and brands. Different stitches, colours and ways of applying the mark – every run made for a specific order.
